Both Senior XV's on the road

Both senior teams are on the road this Saturday; the 1sts to Bury and the 2nds to Rochdale

The 1sts will travel to Radcliffe road with some degree of confidence after grinding out a win at Littlemoor last week, plus with the green acres of Bury's lush Radcliffe Road pitch awaiting them - a little more open footie may be on show.
Clitheroe haven't visited Bury for a couple of seasons and on their last visit they went down by a point in a close game. But they made the classic error of getting on the wrong side of the ref on that day and the penalty count was their undoing.
With Mr Sandy Woods slated as the man in charge on Saturday, they will have to mind their 'Ps and Qs' or incur the wrath of the Ulsterman's whistle!
The 1st XV will be keen to emulate the 2's winning performance against Bury last week and do the 'double' for the Littlemoor teams.

The 2's travel to the nicely appointed ground at Rochdale to play their 3rds. And they will be looking to push on after their first win of the season last week. It will be a tough one but is usually an open game at 'Dale.

Both game kick off at 2.15pm now.

On Sunday the Colts (U17s) are back in action in the Conference League with an away trip to Winnington Park, in Northwich
