Two Home Games this Saturday

Both Senior teams are have the luxury of playing at home this weekend; the 1s & 2s hosting Chorley and Leigh respectively.

Both fixtures have been postponed from earlier in the season and as Easter was left blank by the league organisers for just such eventualities

Old rivals Chorley are the opposition for the 1sts. It's always been nip and tuck between the two sides over the years and Clitheroe just shaded the away fixture 15-19, back in November.
The visitors are mid table but have won their last four games on the bounce so are clearly in a good vein of form.
Our referee for this one is Mr Jeff Gould from the Manchester Society.

Meanwhile the 2nds will be host Leigh3's on the top pitch.
They'll be looking for revenge from the game played just a few weeks ago down at Leigh when they were just pipped 26-24 and felt they had just done enough to shade it. I suppose that's the beauty of rugby - there's always next week to right a wrong!

Our referee is Mr Gary Stanley again from the MADREFS.
Kick off for both games is 3pm

After today's rain the forecast is dry for tomorrow, so the surface should be in perfect condition for two excellent games.
We welcome both clubs, players and staff along with our referees and hope they enjoy their visit to the Ribble Valley.
