This Weekend at the Club

Littlemoor will be hopefully back in action for senior rugby tomorrow when the 1st XV host Southport 3's

After some weeks since we last had a home fixture the sun gods have kicked into action and it should be a treat for the spectators and players alike.

Clitheroe managed to overcome a surprisingly strong Southport team in the early rounds of the Raging Bull Bowl 3-24 and the declined to travel before New Year for the league game, therefore under the rules they forfeit their own home advantage and have to travel to the Ribble Valley.
Its sure to be an open entertaining game on a firm surface so everyone is welcome to come along for rugby and a pint....perfect

Kick off is 3pm and our referee is Stuart Wilkin from just over Pendle, no stranger to Littlemoor in his playing days at Colne & Nelson, and subsequently poacher turned gamekeeper now a ref with the Manchester Society.
