1sts on a Road Trip, 2nds at Littlemoor

Two big games for Clitheroe's senior teams this weekend.

The 1sts are on the road to play Penrith 2's. Whilst the 2nds entertain local rivals Blackburn 3's at Littlemoor.

So two of the three unbeaten teams clash on Saturday (the third being Carnforth, who visit Thornton Cleveleys), when Clitheroe make a rare visit up the M6 to Penrith.
In fact the two clubs have only crossed swords once before, and that was a memorable mini-tour at least about 10 years ago.Which fortunately just a beer ridden memory!

Sitting in 2nd pace in the 3N table this season, Clitheroe lead the hosts by just +10 points difference , with both sides unbeaten.
Should be a close one for the maroons, who are on good form at present after two hard fought wins in their previous two outings.

There are just a few seats remaining on the bus at a bargain £5 price. Leaves at 11.30am. Get in touch via the facebook page quickly if you want a good day out.

Meanwhile at Littlemoor Clitheroe 2's have a local 'derby' with Blackburn 3's

Blackburn lie 3rd in Div 4N after 2 wins, 2 loses and a walkover in their favour. Always a feisty game against 'Burn. Our last game back in the 14-15 season led to a 15-19 win for the Ramsgreave Drive outfit.
Clitheroe are just beginning to find their feet in this tougher division and are confident of a good result.
Kick off is at 3 pm, and support is always welcome
